| MAJOR updates...considering I haven't updated this thing in years. I doubt anyone who was on here before is still on here as we have moved on past the Xanga/Myspace age and on to big (but not necessarily better) things (aka Facebook). Anyway, in the last four years, I graduated college and am STILL at UD for Master's Degree in Counseling in Higher Education.
In the last four years I was able to do so many things I never thought I would do...march in the Cadets, teach a bunch of HS guards, march in a winter guard, coach a baseball team, find myself in my faith, etc....
If you want to keep up with my crazy life, add me on facebook as I constantly update....
I kind of miss xanga, as it is where i truly opened up myself and let everyone [who cared] know what I was feeling or going through. I feel as though now it isn't as much. But its alright..
We'll see if I keep these updates up.... who knows!

| Wow. I can't believe how long it was since I last updated on here. If I can recall, I updated during band camp, which was about a month ago. But whatever, things have been quite awesome since then. Well let me just start off with saying that University of Delaware is the best thing that has happened to me. I mean this summer was also the best thing that has happened to me but this is seriously amazing. I came in here during band camp, learned an entire show, made the best of friends, got a solo in our show, and had the time of my life (I even managed to lose weight!! how cool?). I got a head start in getting used to the surroundings, making friends, and just getting adjusted to the college life.
Once everything was finally moved in and everyone else not in band came, the fun started. My entire floor is the best! We just know how to have fun! The very first nights were filled with hanging out, partying, chilling, just absolute fun and craziness. We are all pretty much really close friends with a few outliers(ahhem, roommate, ahhem). I enjoy just sitting in the hallway and watching the characters being themselves. Its a crazy time.
Marching band is GOOD. Aside from the ugly uniforms, I've been performing well. Its a rush I miss from performing ever since I became drum major. The show is decent in terms of work, but it will do. The guard girls(and guy) are so much fun and they alone are such characters too! We bond so much, and being one out of two guys makes it easier to get attention! And plus my solo in the show which the entire band gets to stop playing and actualy watch me do, is AMAZIng because people know my name and I feel quite special lol. Yesterday was band day, where we had about 400 band kids from around the area come and play with us. The band day portion was kinda EHH as it always is, but performing post game with them was an honor. I caught everything(almost, i ALMOST dropped the triple before the company front lol). Some of my catches were so amazing, there were these group of people in the crowd I kept eyeing during my catch faces and they were smiling and laughing hysterically!! I actually connected with the crowd, which is our goal as performers. That made me want to perform even more! Well, after that is when I almost dropped my rifle haha!
School's okay. ITS NOT EASY. ITS NOT HARD. and ITS A LOT OF WORK that I'm not doing. I am SO behind with everything. And its because I am the biggest procrastinator. I HATE IT. I shouldnt even be on here right now! Gosh! I am hoping to get at least B's this marking period.
Okay so I'm losing quite a lot of weight that I am very proud about. The marching band is helping a lot. I feel so healthy. I am always working out and walking and running. Im eating very well. Im proud about everything. Im so happy. Hopefully I can lose about 20 more pounds and actually be in the RIGHT weight class!
Okay that was a LONG installment! But I will def keep in touch.

| hmm.. this is becoming very exciting but kind of sad for me.... i leave on friday for UDEL band camp.. but even though its not the actual move in I still wont leave for home in between... this summer.. this entire year was awesome.. with the exception of the rejection letters, the stupid scholarship people, and the changing of colleges last minute...but yeah... my cousin angel came over for my "going away party" yesterday and we had a long talk aboout school, roomate issues, etc...it was a good talk. she says im gonna love college no matteer where i had gone... so im so excited to just get going....
